Wednesday, August 18, 2004 ( 9:14 AM ) Jayme no knitting groups for me! that makes me sad. well, monday i was running errands. tomorrow i'm finishing up a paper for thursday, so no meetup for me. sad sad sad. hopefully i can make it next monday. i haven't been to the gym all week either. well, gvac won't start charging me til sept, so i'm not losing money, really. working on another fingerless glove, with a mitten top like the broadstreet pattern in the first knitty. using the fingerless glove pattern i already have, because it's for smaller hands and the knitty pattern is for large women's hands. with lots of luck and some free time, i might make a pair of them before my friend crystal leaves for tacoma. oh and i got a couple new knitting books from amazon, since i had to order an opera for a class anyway and wanted the free shipping. thuy, you'd be proud. i now own ez's knitter's almanac and knitting without tears. i plan on reading them thoroughly once my paper's done. oops, and i should go to class! # |
