      ( 9:19 PM ) Jayme
finished john's hat a week ago today, just didn't blog about it because he reads this blog sometimes. ^^; finished spinning the 4 oz of black bfl, now trying to andean ply it all; and looking for more fiberish things to do while working.

and in trying to use up my yarn stash, i finger knit all my red heart mexicana into yarn leis for john's party and "gift wrap" for his present (the hat). i wound up the leis and cord around and around to cover up the blues and greens of the hat.

that's all that's new for now -- back to studying for me

I do my thing and you do your thing
I am not in this world to
live up to your expectations,
and you are not in this world to
live up to mine.
You are you
and I am I
and if by chance we find each other,
it's beautiful.
